Terms of Service

1. The Service

Kaizedge is a trading journal and performance-analysis tool. You record or import your own trades and journal notes, and the Service calculates statistics, highlights patterns in your history and offers an AI assistant (“Kai”) that explains your recorded data.

2. Not financial advice

The Service describes historical performance and recorded behavior only. It does not provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice, buy/sell signals, price predictions or guarantees of future results. Trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. AI-generated answers can be incomplete or wrong; verify anything important yourself.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the trades, notes, screenshots and other content you add. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display it solely to operate and improve the Service for you. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful.

5. Plans, billing and Merchant of Record

The Service offers a Free plan and a paid Pro subscription (currently $16.99 per month or $143.88 per year, in USD; taxes may apply).

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings or from the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; Pro remains available until then.
• If a payment fails, Pro may remain available for a short grace period while payment is retried, after which the account returns to the Free plan.
• We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period, and you can cancel before they take effect.
• Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Free plan limits

Free and Pro plans include the limits shown on the Pricing page (for example the number of trades, accounts, screenshots and Kai questions). If a subscription ends, your existing data is kept, and the Free limits apply to new items.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access other users’ data or bypass security, plan limits or usage quotas.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload or disrupt the Service.
• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful or to infringe others’ rights.
• Do not resell the Service without our written permission.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and brand belong to Kaizedge. These Terms do not grant you any rights to them except to use the Service as described.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, add or remove features. Keep your own copies of important records; you can export a backup from Settings.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaizedge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any trading losses or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
